JS-IR450

The JSIR450 is a wide band and powerful Infrared-Source. It has a big radiation power in the IR-band up to 15μm. In contrast to glow spiral emitters a circular homogeneous temperature distribution is reached. The JSIR450 has a broad spectral range output with high intensity. A high electric power consumption is possible within long lifetime. The JSIR450 works e.g. in infrared spectroscopy, gas detection systems, air quality and environment monitoring and in medical gas monitoring.

InGaAs Avalanche Photodiodes (InGaAs APDs)

The IAV–Series InGaAs APDs offered by OEC can be operated in the Linear-Mode and due to the spectral range of 800nm – 1700nm in the eye-safe region as well.
Recommendation
Our amplifier technology (i.e. atto series) perfectly fits to the IAV-200. the resulting photo-receiver can be tailored to customers and application requirements providing an ultimate signal-to-noise ratio within the signal level and signal bandwidth to be measured. OEM designs will be supplied.

The new atto photo receiver series

OEC offers a premium series of photo receivers: the atto series. This series that now has been amended and widened up is designed for highly demanding scientific R&D and industrial analysis, for which the detection of ultimatively low signals is a fundamental pre-requisite. The atto series has been optimized for a range of photodiode (SiC, GaP, Si, InGaAs, PN, PIN and APD Photodiodes) to achieve optimum results within different spectral ranges. Attached documents give a solid and hands-on survey.
